Submissions
Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors who do not adhere to these guidelines.
- Any personal information, including but not limited to Names, Affiliations, Designations etc, is NOT present in the manuscript document.
- The submission has not been previously published, nor is it submitted to another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
- The submission file is in OpenOffice or Microsoft Word file format.
- Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
- The text is double-spaced; in Times New Roman; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
- All patient/study subject identifiers, such as Names, Registration Numbers, Ages, and Sex, are properly removed/redacted from all texts and images.
- The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
- Copyright transfer form has been duly filled, and scanned for submission in next page.
- Manuscript, Abstract, Title Page (Containing Name, Affiliation and Designation of all Authors) and Copyright transfer form are in separate files.
Copyright Notice
Copyright on any research article in The ESRF Research Journal for Undergraduate Medical Students.
Authors are required to declare all copyright and transfer the same to the Journal via a Copyright Transfer Form.
